Small animal vet in Cork
Kind, careful care
for the animals you love.
Harbour Veterinary Clinic is a small animal practice on Harbour View Road, open since 2015. We look after cats and dogs, and we explain everything in plain words, no jargon.

Are we open right now?
Plain answers, no jargon
We tell you what we find and what it means in words that make sense. You leave knowing what is going on and what happens next.
Digital x-ray and ultrasound
We have digital x-ray and ultrasound in the clinic. That often means answers on the same visit, without a referral.
Honest about out of hours
We do not run an overnight service and we say so. Out of hours emergencies go to UCC Vet Emergency, and people tell us they value the honesty.
How we help
Everyday care for cats and dogs
From a first puppy or kitten visit to senior check-ups, most of what your pet needs happens here. Every price is on the site before you come in.
Consultations
A full, unhurried check-up with one of our vets. Forty five euro, and we tell you the cost of anything further before we go ahead.

You see the same faces every time
Harbour Veterinary Clinic is owned and run by two vets, Dr Ciara Lynch and Dr Paul Brennan, with nurses Emma, Seán and Aoife.
Because we are small, your pet is looked after by people who get to know them. You are not passed around, and you do not have to explain the whole story again at every visit.
Ciara looks after surgery and internal medicine, Paul looks after orthopaedics, and our nurses run the weight and senior clinics.
