Services and prices
Every price, up front
Transparent pricing is our thing. Here is what we charge for the everyday care most cats and dogs need. If your pet needs something beyond a standard visit, we tell you the cost first.
In the clinic
Care under one roof
So much of a pet's care happens here in the clinic, which often means fewer trips and quicker answers, rather than a wait and a referral.
- Digital x-ray, taken and read here in the clinic.
- Ultrasound scans in house for a closer look.
- Neutering for cats and dogs, with an exact quote first.
- Dental cleaning under anaesthetic, teeth and gums checked.
- Nurse clinics for weight, run by our veterinary nurses.
- Senior pet clinics, to catch the slow changes early.

Common questions
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, please. You can book by phone on 021 496 5500 or through the form on our contact page. It means we can give your pet a proper slot.
What happens if my pet needs care out of hours?
We do not run an overnight service. Out of hours emergencies are handled by UCC Vet Emergency. Call us and we will make sure you know where to go.
Will the price change once I am there?
The prices here are what we charge for standard care. If your pet needs something more, we tell you the cost before we go ahead. No surprises on the bill.
How do I pay?
You settle up at the end of the visit. Ask reception if you would like to talk through the cost of a plan or a procedure beforehand.
