What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, your pet's details and your message. If your pet becomes a patient, we also hold the clinical records we need to care for them.

How we use your details

We use your details to reply to you, arrange appointments and provide veterinary care. We do not sell your details. We share them only where needed to care for your pet, for example with a referral practice or a laboratory, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep them

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to help you. Clinical records are kept for the period required by veterinary and legal guidance.

Your choices
